Dangerous wall coming over

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3422427.

The wall to the property is high and looks like it will come over in strong winds also has glass on the top which can harm cats and wildlife The mortar is receding which is making the wall unstable and could come over on someone in the alleyway at any point Have raised this issue with the tenant but was verbally abused and told to f£#k off
