Deep crack in road

There's a large crack in the road outside No12. Trucks hit this and it really shakes our bungalow. It has destroyed the capping on the side fence and ruined brickwork on the side gate. There are cracks in the side of the house and garage. This is a very serious issue. When trucks go past they wake us up with seismic tremors... It's really affecting our sleep now especially if the trucks are overloaded. If it's not fixed soon I will have to call an insurance assessor and get the environmental protection agency involved... Please help fix this urgently... It's been getting worse everyday...
