Doorstep and overhanging air-conditioning unit Both inhibiting the right of access to my elderly fathers property Emergency ambulance was unable to get along the access road today he has cancer and it is likely we will need to call ambulances again . This access road is off of Harcourt Rd behind the shops The doorstep has been there approx 2 months and the air-conditioning unit 2.5 years
