Rats and remains of a dead fox

Between 151 and 169 Danson Road we have rats, they have been seen coming from the grass verge opposit 151 Danson Road where the grass and trees are overgrown and the rubbish is thrown from the A2, there is also the remains of a dead fox on the side of the A2 outside the window of 155 Danson road which can not be helping the rats. They need to be dealt with please as a matter of urgency, the heat is coming which will not help and they are in my garden and i have a 3 and 4 year old out there playing , i have a video of it from my garden

The off street green areas in Danson Road opposite the park are in desperate need of attention. Every time I drive down there it winds me up that these areas are so unkempt, when I see other areas being cut (roundabouts etc) and attended to
