  • There are two Commercial vans that are being dismantled in Hadley Road. no registration plates on the vehicles and it has been noted that people are arriving at the vans and parts are being sold for cash off of the two vehicles. as there are no plates I can only assume that they are not taxed, MOT'd or have insurance to be n the Road. I am also aware that is is illegal to dismantle vehicles without current enviromental licenses
