Barriers left by council contractors

Reported via desktop in the Other street furniture category anonymously at 14:18, Wednesday 23 February 2022

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3338155.

Pavement repairs were carried out by Bexley council contractors several weeks ago. They have left four large yellow plastic barriers behind. They are completely obstructing the footway. I move them but they keep falling over. Could they please be removed as the footway is impassable. They are opposite no 93 Oakley Park DA5 3EG

  • They are still there making the street look untidy

  • Nothing gets done. What's the point of this questionnaire if it's not sent to the council? Complete waste of time. Just want the barriers removed so they don't block the footway.

  • No action by the council. Luckily I saw a council contractor repairing paving and asked if he would take them and the nice man obliged.
