Tree branches pulling on cables

Hello, There is a tree which branches are pulling and tangling onto the internet cable which runs from the post to my house. I did report this a couple of months back but nothing has been done

With these high winds the likely hood of it becoming a problem is grater.

I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you
