Danger to houses

Tree dying positioned in alleyway behind 28 Longmeadow Road. Danger to house in valliers wood Road as big branches are falling into alleyway causing obstruction in alleyway/ walkway which is in constant use danger to people from branches falling. Residents whose tree it belongs to do not remove obstruction leaving it to residents who use the alleyway. Very large tree needs attention as dying and whenever winds are high huge branches keep breaking off.
