Broken barrier and cone on pavement..

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3316434.

This keeps getting put in middle of pavement or side of the road at night when kids on way home from the pubs..it is opposite number 23 Annandale road.. Just think it may cause an accident at some point we keep moving it out the way, but I am to old to remove myself.it’s been left here around 6 weeks.
