I wanted to Cross the road here but as usual it was flooded so had to Cross in a different area with my son in his buggy. The pipes need ficing properly in the area as this is a constant issue

The report has been inspected by a member of the Highways Team. There will be no further action due to one of the following:
The issue does not meet the guidelines for repair at the moment.
The issue will be fixed as part of our normal maintenance programme.
We have already fixed this issue.
