Dog fouling - junction of westerham drive and blacken road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3312200.

Dog owner spotted putting dog fouling (in bag) down the drain. Caller concerned they my do this regularly so could block the drain.

This is located at junction of westerham drive and blacken road by the zebra crossing
