Damaged car left in roadside causing parking issues outside no.15/17 Woodbine Rd

Someone arrived in this car (reg: PK12 XRN) in the very early hours of Thursday 10th February. They seemed to have trouble parking the vehicle (woke us up) and then walked off (possibly under the influence of something) towards the direction of Halfway Street. No one has been seen to return to the car since. The car is significantly damaged on its front, kerb-side corner with part of the bumper hanging off. The car has been left in the centre of what is otherwise a two-car kerb-side parking location. Other people are now attempting to park either side of this (abandoned) vehicle, and are overhanging the driveway access points of the two properties either side, making it very difficult to use the driveways.
