Rubbish blowing around from overfilled bins.
Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 09:51, Mon 14 February 2022
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3309097.
This house has been turned into a house of multiple occupancy but still only have one bin which fills quickly and not very neatly and rubbish blown everywhere. Have been told, not sure if true that no permission was given for this so that maybe why they don't ask for more bins. But they need them.

Bins *STILL* left on pavement, this is an ongoing problem that gets resolved for a day or two then reverts back to them being left in the way of everyone usually overfull and stinking - the property is an unlawful HMO with many occupants so of course their bins are woefully inadequate!
