As the Christmas Tree and holdall do not constitute an Environmental Health issue then it is not something I am able to deal with. I believe my colleague is dealing with the headboard. Environmental Health do receive a high volume of complaints about rubbish on private land, and we deal with them as soon as we are able, and on a priority basis.
That was my response from bexley council and it’s all still there. Proves that anyone can dump anything where they want when they want
