Litter in the bushes and grass verges

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3241258.

It has been there for months! It is dangerous to pets and small children. It is grossly unaesthetic, and needs to be removed. It is a favourite spot for Fly Tipping, and I would ask the Council to install a CCTV camera, to catch the criminals!
