We just need to have confirmation that you instructed us, or gave permission, to fell the Horse Chestnut tree that was in our front garden as it was rightly considered dangerous. I believe that this took place around 2011. Regards, Ken Smith

I need confirmation that the TPO on the horse chestnuts tree in my front garden was cancelled. I was instructed to fell the tree because the Council believed that it was diseased and dangerously close to the main road. I believe that this occurred 10-11 years ago.
