As bag was ripped and contents spilling we bought it in to our garden 18 Harold Avenue There are several letters in bag showing the same address so the culprit is obvious.

After two weeks of no action from this site a disposed of it myself. What’s the point of reporting fly tipping ( with the perpetrators name and address amongst the rubbish) if nothing is done about it.!!!! No wonder borough looks like a tip.
