Smashed glass till not fixed but removed from site again

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3206339.
The glass from the council owned light fitting that was smashed and reported on 19th December is still not cleared after I today received another false email update claiming its been fixed. It is still all over the entrance to my property. I have still not received a complaint procedure as requested. This is fine as I'm documenting all correspondence with your terrible service. It has not been fixed the last 2 times your service has updated it as so. Please see all previous correspondence attached in the photos as you've conveniently removed it from the site.
Is there a reason that a street cleaner hasn't been by this end of the highstreet since 19th of December? There are plenty in the main highstreet so just wondering what is the excuse?
This case is currently being investigated.

The glass is still outside the property since 19th December, we're now on 5th January. I have still not had a complaint procedure despite multiple requests.
I have contacted Darran Lilley and am waiting for a reply back.
