Slope coming out of morrisons, going into the alleyway

This is the slope that comes out of Morrisons car park, leading into the alleyway

Resident says she has spoken to Morrisons and they have told her it is bexley council that would deal with this-

Caller says that she had an altercation with a cyclist that was riding on the pavement, she says he hit her with his bike, she is asking for a sign to be put up to say no cyclists are allowed to ride on the pavement, she says she is worried that it could have been a lot worse.
