One way sign missing
Reported via mobile in the Traffic sign light category anonymously at 11:09, Fri 26 November 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3144928.
The island has no "one way" signage on either side of it. Even though it should be obvious that it is one way, multiple vehicles go past on the wrong side. As the power station is situated on top, you are unable to see over the island and view oncoming traffic from either direction.
We moved to our home in May 2021. Since then I've viewed multiple occasions where a vehicle has gone down the incorrect side at speed. If their was a vehicle going round the island the correct way at the time the results could have been catastrophic. Proximity to the power station on top of the island only increases the potential danger.
It requires urgent clear signage to be installed.

No action taken yet.
We've had more occasions where vehicles have gone round the incorrect way; that could have had dire consequences.

Still no progress. I've witnessed two cars on the same day go down the incorrect side or round the wrong way.
Only a matter of time before a serious incident occurs.
