Large pile of rubble and building materials in road and pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3144698.

This was there on Monday when I walked my dogs and was removed. It has appeared again, and is still there since yesterday and it seems to be getting larger each time i see it. It is extremely dangerous and looks like it could fall at any moment. Please see to this as a matter of urgency.
