Tree root damage to pavement.

Reported via iOS in the Damaged pavement category anonymously at 11:29, Wed 17 November 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3128590.

Between 32 Annandale Road and it’s junction with Beverley Avenue there are 3 places where the tarmac that has replaced paving stones is coming up quite severely due to tree roots growing under the tarmac. They are increasing in height and number, and becoming much more of a hazard, particularly at night.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 16:19, Wed 15 December 2021

  • Two of the damaged areas have been partially covered in tarmac (see attached). This hasn’t fixed the problem, and in fact has made the bumps even higher and possibly more dangerous.
