  • A bag of clothing/ handbags was dumped at the side of the road. I have moved the bag onto my property, to prevent it being ripped apart. On removal, I found several letters, and even the bag it was in, showed the address of the perpetrator. Should I return it to the owner, or leave for the council to deal with?
