Rubbish behind & infront of recycling bins

Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 19:15, Sun 14 November 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3123282.

I have reported previously the build up of rubbish behind the recycling bins. I received an email which stated this had been dealt with but when I checked the rubbish was still there. There is even more rubbish building up behind the bins which are encouraging vermin
