I have reported previously the build up of rubbish behind the recycling bins. I received an email which stated this had been dealt with but when I checked the rubbish was still there. There is even more rubbish building up behind the bins which are encouraging vermin

  • I noticed the build up of rubbish behind the bins had gone down slightly but there is still quite a build up of rubbish behind the recycling bins.
