Bollard and sign

Bollard has been completely ripped off. Sign has been ripped off its bolts, keeps falling over. No light to see the sign. People cant see it at night and keep running over the island. One car just got stuck on the island and destroyed the whole underside of his car, petrol leaking everywhere.

It's been like this for months. It's right outside number 83 Colyer's lane

    Problem reported as fix. Went out to have a look and it was still in the same state. Bollard has not been reattached. Keeps falling over.
