Loosened post after being hit by car

7:35 pm Sunday 7th November, The post was hit by an unknown driver who drove off and this pushed over the post breaking up the tarmac around it. We need this safety post which is positioned on an even more necessary speed bump. Please can the post be re-fixed, as this is a required safety feature on a narrow one way street.
