Blocked gullies outside 161 and 159 Longlands Road

Gullies are blocked on Longlands Road by number 161 and 159 causing flooding to the road, gardens and property. This happened on the evening of 21st October and on the morning of 28th October. This will continue to persist during heavy rainfall. On both occasions, the residents have tried clearing the guilles to no avail.
