Rubbish from house improvements in River

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3098160.
Some time ago some rubbish from house (sink, cement and sand) improvements appeared behind the houses in Oaklands Avenue which backs onto the Shuttle river and Holly Oak park. Roughly behind 62 to 66 area. Some of this has now been dumped in the river.
