Wheelie bins on pavement

For months now the householders of No 31 continue to leave all wheelie bins and brown food waste bin on pavement often overfull with the results scattered on surrounding pavement.

  • Blue bin still left on public pavement.

  • I feel that the only reason the bins are *not* on the pavement is because neighbours get fed up with walking round them so move them off street themselves.
