Half of Clarence Road flooded

Reported via mobile in the Flooding in the road category anonymously at 15:09, Sun 31 October 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3095110.

For around 6 months every time it rains it floods the entire pavement and road in Clarence Road. Makes it difficult to exit property. Our property is 20, however around 10 houses either side of our house also are experiencing this.

  • I agree with this report. The drain outside number 12 Clarence Road has not, over the past few months, been able to take water away during heavy rain. It has before. This caused the water to build up and flood over to the other side of the road causing flooding there.

  • As of 26 December this problem persists. This is when this photo was taken. Once again you can see the rainwater gulley outside 12 Clarence road is not doing its job. The opposite side of the road is clearing fine. The rain in this instance was moderate and not heavy. Please can this be cleared as soon as possible…this is the 3rd time I have reported it.
