Severely overgrown trees in much need of pruning

The trees are too large to photograph. The entire road is populated with many enormous tress that are severely overgrown in much need of pruning. This is causing an excessive amount of falling leaves which is causing endless dangerous accidents to pedestrians (especially the elderly) and problems with drainage.
