My car and otherwise was parked. When a council worker cut the grass, causing my own car and the vehicle infront of mine windows to smash. After seeing what he had done just walked away. I was at work and had my car parked outside like I do everyday, a council worker come along and belong cutting the grass. Which caused stone to fly up and smash my side window and the back window of the car infront. As well as all the mess up the car. Normally the council worker would ask if we would like to move are cars before cutting. But nothing. After causing the damaged he then quickly left the seen.
