Litter has been dumped on Picardy Road on the street in front of number 28 and has been spilled all along the street as far as the shop at number 18. It is found smelling and needs clearing. It blocks the pavement for disabled people and those with prams when cars are parked. It also presents an environmental problem as it has attracted rats and foxes. The whole street needs cleaning and sweeping and dumped bags need removing.
