In recent news of attacks on women, I find it very difficult to believe that the lights around Southmere Lake have been out for a considerable amount of time. There have been a few reports in the area. One report on Belvedere Road / Bazelgette Way which was on the 7th October. If anything was to happen to any Woman in the area, then the Council of London Borough of Bexley will be held accountable & lliable for failing to act.
