Tenants who have moved feels one of the properties alongside the parking block have moved out and dumped their car with rubbish inside. It has been situated in an on Car parking place which doesn’t belong to any of the allotted car parking spaces. It is on just a bit of grass. It is not taxed or mot’d the car and has just been abandoned. Next to car with rubbish inside which is an eyesaw is fly tipping. This is unacceptable and the landlord needs to be notified that previous tenants at the property have dumped a car directly to the lower ground floor maisonette for over a month.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3073629.

This car has been here for months overall when the tenants were living at the property. Then when they moved they left the car abandoned but moved it to a non car parking space that doesn’t belong to anyone. This has encouraged fly tipping and it looks terrible. This is the the first time the tenants created a mess as they did so repeatedly when they lived there. But to leave a car that is untaxed and lot’s with rubbish they didn’t want to dispose of us unacceptable. The exact location is directly next to two maisonettes. The maisonette the tenants lived in was the ground floor one next to these set of garages. The car has been parked and dumped for well over a month now. Thank you.

  • The car is still there with rubbish in the car in bags and some outside of bags. It smells and is attracting vermin. The owner of car has been back even though he doesn’t live at the address anymore and opened car door and shut it again and drove off. This is a dumping ground for him and it shouldn’t be allowed for residents to look at this heap when the person doesn’t even live at address anymore. It was a rented maisonette and is vacant. So this should not be parked in this area anyway as isn’t a vacant space - it’s a piece of wasteland. The rubbish alongside the car has been disposed as belonged to the garage directly next to the ‘dumped car’ where a skip was used. Thankfully. This doesn’t take away the fact that the car is still there though with rubbish inside. Untaxed and no MOT. With no owner living in property.
