Trip hazard next to the car climbing frame.
Reported via desktop in the Accidents category anonymously at 19:36, Mon 18 October 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3070340.
I can see that someone else raised this same issue back in February but it is yet to have been rectified. When you are looking at the slide of the car climbing frame, on the right-hand side there is a dip in the tarmac of about 6 inches. Today my toddler fell into this hole when playing around the climbing frame which then resulted in her falling forwards and banging her head on the wooden frame of the slide. This seriously needs to be addressed as it is still an issue over 8 months later.
