Missing "No Entry" Sign for Dual Carriageway

Reported via desktop in the Other street defect category anonymously at 15:53, Monday 18 October 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3069893.

We've been here for a number of years and we often see trucks and cars pulling out of Centurion Way, turning right toward Erith and driving on the wrong side of the Carriageway as there is no signage to remind drivers that it's a dual carriageway. This presents all manner of accident risks as they drive toward unaware oncoming traffic.

Would it be possible to have a "No Entry" sign or road markings to remind drivers to cross the carriageway before turning right please?
