Fly tipping and rubbish dumping

Why do Serco keep reporting these issues on the Methuen Road verge have been resolved. The debris in the attached photos have been reported beforehand and closed. They have been in the grass verge for months ! What do Serco street cleaners actually clear up?

Constant rubbish on raised beds and Methuen Road & Hawthorn Road.

There is rubbish constantly being dumped into this area along the junction of Hawthorn Road and Methuen Road. Someone needs to take ownership of the upkeep of these green areas in South Bexleyheath including the cenotaph and Hawthorn Road / Albion Road grass areas

Items are thrown into this area on a daily basis and there is rubbish that’s been there due months. I removed some of the larger items of debris myself as I knew they wouldn’t be removed by you, the council.

Although it does seems to have improved there is still rubbish being launched into the raised beds and anything not accessible from the pavement or wedged onto the bushes is left behind.

Rubbish is still being dumped on a daily basis into the raised beds and bushes at the junction of Albion Road, Hawthorn Road & Methuen Road. Why aren’t the bushes cleared out?
