Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3054033.
This was originally reported on 1st September 2021. Whole tin of white paint was spilt on pavement in Eastcote Road DA16 2SX towards Bellegrove Road end near post box. It was never cleaned up and subsequently has spread all over pavement leaving an unsightly mess. Will need industrial cleaning. Not sure why case was closed.

This matter is still outstanding - along with bags of rubbish that have been dumped nearby and have been there for nearly four weeks.
