Reported via desktop in the Flooding in the road category anonymously at 16:37, Tuesday 28 September 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3030413.
Resident called to report an ongoing issue with a leak at Crook log by the Asda's. The leak is coming from private property (ASDA'S) and resident has contacted Thames water about this issue a number of times (first reported 4 years ago) however Thames water have admitted it is there metre but it is not on their land and have said this is not an emergency.
Resident is concerned as this is causing a leak in the road that runs roughly 150 yards up to Clarence road from Asda in crook log.
There is constantly water in the road and this could be a health and safety issue as children are being sprayed by the water when walking to school and caller has seen someone on their bike falling off due to the water. This is also causing the road the break up.
Please can a technician have a look into this as this is causing damage to the road and it likely to get worse.
Please can this also be chased up with Thames water asap
This case is currently being investigated.
