The issue is causing a danger to life. There is no safe place to cross the road. There is no route for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Cars take the corner very quickly. It won't be long until there is an accident

The blue Toyota Yaris had been parked at a angle with one front wheel.on the kerb and has been there for a couple of days. The front number plate has been covered with black tape however the rear number plate is exposed and the rear of the car is smashed in. I'm worried that it has been stolen and dumped as after checking online, the MOT is valid until 24/8/2022 and the Tax is valid until1/11/2922
