Street Waste Bins in Sidcup Hill - vicinity Middleton Avenue - are overflowing. They are an eyesore and a potential health hazard

  • The problem was fixed at the time but the bin at this site have been overflowing again recently. The frequency at which it is emptied needs to be increased.
