Blocked gulley drain o/s 298 Bellegrove Rd Welling - drain overflows with heavy rain lady..... says that the bottom of the drain is blocked with mud...she said that she reported this previously in June but the problem is still ongoing

  • Resident called again to say this still hasn't been actioned and every time it rains the drain srtill overflows onto the pavement etc
