Dead cat next to footpath on front lawn
Reported via mobile in the Dead animal category anonymously at 11:27, Thu 9 September 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2989866.
The cat has apparently been hit by a car on the night of Wednesday 8th September 2021 as told to me by neighbours. No one has attempted to move the cat and it has most likely been there all night and morning. I don’t know who the owners are or if it is a stray.

It turns out this was our cat, we are heartbroken. Some neighbours had called a lady to come and collect him but he was gone by the time she got there. The council has not contacted us even though he was microchipped. Shame on you Bexley council! If it weren’t for the nice neighbours at number 7 we would never have known what happened to him and we have no closure on losing a member of our family.
