Trees and shrubs overgrown and encroaching onto pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2987379.
The trees and shrubs that belong to no. 30 Love Lane (right on the bend) are drastically overgrown and now almost completely cover the pavement. When walking past you now have to walk in the road. This is extremely dangerous as it is on a blind bend, and is especially dangerous for anyone with small children, a pushchair or wheelchair. I reported this problem some months back and nothing was done. I understand this is difficult as the bushes are on private property. I think the house may be rented and the tenants are clearly not interested in their garden, but could the owner/landlord be contacted?
Thank you for your report.

These trees/shrubs are still very overgrown and completely cover the pavement. I had a near miss this morning - walking in the road to avoid the trees and a car came around the blind bend. I also witnessed an elderly lady having to walk in the road. This cannot be right. Please can something be done about this?

This urgently needs to be looked into. The bushes cover 90% of the footpath and are forcing pedestrians into the road which is on a blind bend!
