Rubbish bags bumped in skip over BH weekend now removed by hired person sit next to bins on path and are now being broken open. At 80 Halcot Avenue there has been an episode of unrest where some contents of a privately rented house have been discharged into the front garden making it look like a rubbish tip and with and rain block the drains
