Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2981309.

Litter, Debris, Garbage; Junk & Broken Fences.No maintenance work has been carried out in this location for many years. Rubbish is everywhere on, in, under & around this piscine sculpture. An independent inspectorate is requested apart & away from the SERCO & LBC management to assess & rectify this abysmal situation.
