Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2958915.
There is a massive holly hedge which projects approx half way across the pavement. During term time when there is often parking on part of the pavement it is difficult to get past with a buggy. As it is a holly hedge it is very prickly and scratchy and at a height to catch the children enroute to Crook Log school. Obviously it is just growing, so it is just protruding more onto the pavement.
This case is currently being investigated.
Further updates will follow.

Thank you for looking at this; obviously the children are now back at Crook Log School so the problem hasn’t gone away.
