Tree roots starting to lift tarmac

Tree outside 31/33 Exeter Rd is starting to lift tarmac pavement & it’s roots are coming under garden wall into my garden. I’d be grateful if this could be dealt with. Thank you. Margaret Kerr

Top branches are brushing against telephone wires. Tree roots in my garden are getting bigger.

RHS Wisley reckon the tree should be removed as it should not be causing these problems. This was reported 9 months ago.
