Large rats amongst overflowing recycling centre

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2930797.

This morning there were three large rats amongst the rubbish. If it’s not a public health hazard then I don’t know what is.

They totally ignored me and carried on rummaging around the mess - disgusting.
